An Anatomical Approach to Radiofrequency-Assisted Facial Rejuvenation: Beyond the Treatment Gap

SUMMARY

Abstract
This clinical study explores the anatomical approach to radiofrequency-assisted facial rejuvenation, addressing patients whose facial laxity falls into the “treatment gap.” Using InMode technologies—Morpheus8 fractional RF microneedling combined with FaceTite and AccuTite bipolar RF—the authors treated the forehead, periorbital region, nasolabial folds, perioral area, jawline, and neck. Over 1,300 anatomical sites were treated with no major complications, highlighting the efficacy and safety of a zone-specific approach.

Conclusion
The findings confirm that combining minimally invasive bipolar RF (FaceTite, AccuTite) with fractional RF microneedling (Morpheus8) can safely expand indications beyond traditional facelift alternatives. Patients experienced improved skin quality, contour, and soft tissue contraction with minimal downtime. The study concludes that an anatomical, customized approach optimizes results and provides a reliable, safe treatment pathway for facial rejuvenation.
