SUMMARY
Dr. Talon Maningas performs a full-face treatment with the new Morpheus8 Cool and explains his settings area by area. He covers the jawline in Burst mode at 3 and 4 mm and 20 energy, the mid face in Cycle mode, the forehead and periorbital area at 1 mm and 15 energy, and the submental area in Fixed mode at 4 mm with a double stack.
He walks through the new Morpheus8 interface, including the 24-pin tip, mode selection (Burst, Scale, Cycle, Fixed), depth, repetition, cooling, and pulse count. He also introduces Guided Mode, which uses preselected settings based on anatomical zones of the face, and explains his technique: good skin contact, skin tension with the non-dominant hand, test firing, and about 50% overlap.
The patient has had several traditional Morpheus8 treatments. She shares her first-time experience with the Chill Tip and compares tolerability.
This video is part of the InMode University educational series for aesthetic providers.
